    The bright pills are placebos (sugar pills in general). The purpose of these pills is to stop the synthetic hormones, so it allows you to have your period. They are only there so placed that one of the regular intake of a pill everyday, part of suburban door reminding you to maintain it. You can take them or not take, it makes absolutely no difference.
